We are looking for an organised, professional and detail-oriented housekeeping manager to oversee our cleaning and maintenance team. Your role will be essential in ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and presentation are applied throughout the establishment.
Responsibilities
- Managing and training the team of valets, chambermaids and cleaning staff.
- Supervising the daily cleaning of rooms, suites and communal areas.
- Monitoring stocks of cleaning materials and linen, and placing orders if necessary.
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Solving problems related to cleanliness and the comfort of our guests.
- Working closely with other departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.
Attributes
- Extensive experience as a housekeeping manager, preferably in a luxury hotel.
- Proven team management and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks at once.
- An eye for detail and a strong focus on quality.
- Fluency in French, with good English skills.
