We are looking for an enthusiastic commis chef to join our kitchen team. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop in a dynamic and demanding environment.
Responsibilities
- Assisting the chefs de partie in the preparation and cooking of dishes.
- Keeping the kitchen clean and well-organised.
- Preparing ingredients and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Learning and implementing high-level culinary techniques.
- Contributing to the smooth running of the kitchen and complying with food safety procedures.
Attributes
- Culinary training or equivalent experience.
- A passion for cooking and a desire to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
- A team player with good communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of French; other languages are a plus.
