We are looking for an enthusiastic commis chef to join our kitchen team. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop in a dynamic and demanding environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the chefs de partie in the preparation and cooking of dishes.
  • Keeping the kitchen clean and well-organised.
  • Preparing ingredients and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Learning and implementing high-level culinary techniques.
  • Contributing to the smooth running of the kitchen and complying with food safety procedures.

Attributes

  • Culinary training or equivalent experience.
  • A passion for cooking and a desire to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressured environment.
  • A team player with good communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of French; other languages are a plus.
