We are looking for a passionate and experienced chef de rang to join our dynamic team. As a chef de rang, you will be a key part of our service, ensuring that every guest receives the personal attention and impeccable service they deserve.
Responsibilities
- Providing front-of-house service and ensuring complete customer satisfaction.
- Managing a specific station and coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service.
- Presenting the menu, advising customers on choices and meeting their specific needs.
- Ensuring the dining room is clean and well-organised.
- Taking part in training and mentoring new team members.
- Working closely with the sommelier to recommend food and wine pairings.
Attributes
- Considerable experience as a chef de rang, ideally in a Michelin-starred restaurant or equivalent.
- In-depth knowledge of gastronomy and high-quality service.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Fluency in French and English; any other languages would be a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
