We are looking for a talented and passionate baker who is ready to bring their artisanal know-how to our team. Under the guidance of our chefs, René and Maxime Meilleur, your role will be to provide bread of exceptional quality every day, thereby contributing to the excellence of the culinary experience offered to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the production of bread, Viennese pastries and other bakery products of the highest quality.
  • Innovating and proposing new recipes to enhance our culinary offering.
  • Maintaining hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
  • Helping to manage inventories of raw materials needed in the bakery.
  • Working closely with the entire kitchen team to ensure the consistency and quality of our culinary offering.

Attributes

  • Proven experience as a baker in a high-end establishment, experience in a Michelin-starred environment would be a plus.
  • A passion for baking and a mastery of traditional and innovative techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and take the initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of French; other languages are a plus.
